Modicon M262 logic/motion controllers are designed for performance-demanding machines, IIoT-ready and combine logic, motion and safety control applications. TM262M25MESS8T is specialized in the motion control of 4 fast digital inputs and 4 fast digital ouputs, 1 encoder input and up to 8 synchronized axes, embedding a safety control application according to SIL3. This motion controller embeds 3 Ethernet-based networks (EtherNet/IP, Modbus/TCP, Sercos), one serial port (Modbus, ASCII, Machine Expert protocols). Modicon M262 are logic/motion controllers with embedded cloud connectivity, figuring cybersecurity capabilities, supporting monitoring, analytics and predictive maintenance. It is powered with a non-isolated 24V DC power supply, has a built-in overload protection, embeds a dual-core processor, reaches a 5ns/instruction performance. This motion controller has one communication bus (Ethernet, CANopen), one IO bus, one IO port, one encoder connector. It measures 125mm width, 90mm depth, and 100 mm height. It weighs 0.670kg.
