What is the Bosch Rexroth 3842572098?

The modular belts are assembled in a brick bond, in which the modules interlock to give the belt special lateral strength. The narrow-meshed belt surface also ensures low-vibration transport of small parts and their accumulation capacity. The use of the complete modular belt surface is possible, since on the underside, the belt is equipped with integrated holding-down clamps. As a result, even overwide products can be transported on a horizontal section path.

Accumulation operation permitted, depending on the product

Materials meet the requirements of EU 10/2011 and FDA CFR 21

Transport on ascending or descending sections up to about 5±2° possible, depending on the product (test required)

Curving on both sides

Maximum permissible belt tensile force: 1250 N
