Push wire® splicing connector, 773 Series, transparent

Seamless electrical installations are guaranteed with push wire® splicing connector (item number 773-106). The 773 Series PUSH WIRE® connectors for junction boxes provide safe, quick, and easy installations in any building, no matter the position or location. Strip lengths must be 12 mm when connecting conductors to push wire® splicing connector. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when choosing a splicing connector, as they determine the product's suitability for different applications. This product has a rated voltage of 400 V and a rated current of 24 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. This product incorporates conductor terminals and utilizes PUSH WIRE®. Our reliable PUSH WIRE® connection offers the fastest method for clamping conductors. It utilizes the conductor's stiffness to overcome the clamping spring's contact force. Dimensions: (18.8 x 13.1 x 19.5) mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, push wire® splicing connector is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.75 mm² to 2.5 mm².

The contact surface is coated with tin.
| Connectable conductor materials (note) | Terminating Aluminum Conductors (not for use in North America) WAGO Spring-Clamp Terminal Blocks are also suitable for solid aluminum conductors up to 4 mm²/12 AWG if WAGO “Alu-Plus” Contact Paste 249-130 is used for termination.“Alu-Plus” Contact Paste Advantages:Automatically destroys the oxide film during clamping.Prevents fresh oxidation at the clamping point.Prevents electrolytic corrosion between aluminum and copper conductors (in the same terminal block).Provides long-term protection against corrosion. For spring pressure connections with PUSH WIRE® connection technology, WAGO recommends that the aluminum conductor first be cleaned and then immediately inserted into the clamping unit filled with “Alu-Plus” contact paste. It is also possible to apply WAGO “Alu-Plus” additionally on the whole surface of the aluminum conductor before termination. Please note that the nominal currents must be adapted to the reduced conductivity of the aluminum conductors:2.5 mm² = 16 A4 mm² = 22 A |
